Let's have some fun with this one.

If you were stuck in the astral plane. Let's say someone connected your projection to a specific place to the astral. Let's add you can't leave on your own. No physical phone can't be used. No discord or online communication device or program. How would you escape? Also you sub can't die in this example but will be re formed back to the same spot if you tried to kill off projection.
